Indigo Island Reserve neighborhood was established in 2003 and has 63 custom-built homes located on the Goose Creek Reservoir in Hanahan, SC, in Berkeley County. Owners are members of the Indigo Island Reserve Property Owners Association (POA), which is managed by a board of elected officers and is maintained with funds collected from annual dues. All owners and renters must abide by rules as outlined in the POA Covenant and Restrictions document.
